Deepwell is an imprint of Preservation, Inc., Boise, Idaho. This demonstration edition is drawn from a survey recorded in the field in 2026. The houses are real; their numbers, streets, identifiers and the names of former residents are fictional, and the edition is not a survey record.
A note on the type. This edition is set in Fraunces, a soft-serifed display face drawn by Phaedra Charles and Flavia Zimbardi of Undercase Type, used for titles and headings; and in Alegreya, Juan Pablo del Peral’s calligraphic book face for Huerta Tipográfica, first conceived for literature, used for the text. Labels are typed in Courier Prime, Alan Dague-Greene’s 2013 typewriter face for Quote-Unquote Apps, first drawn for screenplays. All three are published under the SIL Open Font Licence. The page is laid on Pantone 11-4300 TCX Marshmallow.
